I clicked this button and destroyed the QC DNS for a day.  I wasn't going to own up to it, but now it's fixed...

Domain Name Service - translates from site name to IP address behind the scenes.  When a site's entries are missing, you cannot access the site (as appeared to be happening to QC for much of yesterday).
