It sounds pretty terrible, to be honest.  Yes, I'm aware this is extreme speculation.

It has power comparable to a PS3 or 360, and the price point is speculated to be around $350-400.

There are two audiences this can appeal to :  the casuals and the hardcores.
Hardcore gamers already have PS3s and/or 360s with similarly powered hardware (with a larger game selection at a much cheaper cost).
Casuals most likely already have a Wii.  If you played games once in a while, would you want to drop $400+ when you already have a Wii and the option to play one of the many hundreds of games you probably haven't touched?

I just think they went wrong by going middle of the line graphics and by using old technology at a probable premium price.

I'll be surprised if the Wii doesn't cannibalize on their new system sales.
