Did you know that cabbages are a member of the genus Brassica ? This one incredible genus of plants has given us many, many foods - including turnips, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, canola, and mustard!

Tom:
Sometimes it's good to see that I'm not the only one who knows that.
