Lou Reed played with Metallica at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 25th Anniversary concert, and I thought it was pretty cool. 

I'm not gonna judge it until I hear it.

I'm reserving judgment, it's just that the article read so bizarrely in my head.

The next random rock legend/metal head pairing I want to see is David Bowie using Quorthon's coffin as a bass drum.
