*before you flame me, I pretty much watch only cartoons, when I watch TV at all. Pot calling kettle ok?

I wouldn't be surprised if the Futurama folks intended the hypnotoad as an homage to Asimov ... their riffs on science fiction tend to display detailed knowledge.
