Not really, but they're everywhere in most of northern Europe, due to the huge influx of Arab immigrants these last few decades.
And thank God for that, I say! I love me some kebabs and falafels.

I've never had a falafel, but I've been known to fill up pages in my notebook with the word 'falafel' in pretty cursive. It's just so much fun to write!

I had the most amazing falafel with Edith somewhere, it might have been Ann Arbor? I think it was - near the creepy motel we stayed in. I was waiting for gunshots all night.

No, but I have been to Spain and France and Belgium and the UK. Kebab shops count as real turkish food, right?
