Just a warning, and a couple infractions for his expired registration stickers (the cop looked it up in the system, though, and his registration is up to date, the stickers just haven't come in the mail yet).

Also, 17:30 sounds agonizingly slow to me for a mile and a half. I've run a 5k in 19:40. /brag
