Becky (is that the right spelling?), I'll be in the east coast as far south as Washington DC in July, then in Indiana for the rest of the summer. I wear my hair up all the time anyway and it's warm here - I think today's high was 22 celcius, which is about 70 Fahrenheit. I suspect it will be warmer there. Argh.

It's hot enough here to slow the dogs down a bit.

It's been in the 80s (around 24 C according to weather channel) lately, but it's going to be up in the 90s by the weekend. So...it's going to be hot. I mean worse comes to worse, you just get your hair trimmed while you're with Edith if need be. Or just spend most of your time inside or at the pool like I do when it's hot. :)

If it helps you think about dealing with midwest heat, there's in-ground pool in my yard.

I am hoping that Edith has hard floors, because then I can just spend the summer lying on those.
