If all Obama's supporters said that, and failed to vote for him, he'd lose. If all his opponents said that and failed to vote against him, he'd be sure to win. Even a vote that "doesn't matter" does matter.

Yeah and state law requires that I get a 30 minute break and two 15 minute breaks for an 8 hour shift. The number of times I get those breaks I can count on one hand.
Mostly its that I wake up right before I need to leave for work and I don't get home until almost midnight. But I still won't be registered to vote by then.

So you accept the status quo without reporting your employers for breaking the law? Sounds pretty miserable. I've gotten chewed out for accidentally going over my 5th hour on the clock without taking a lunch.
