Seconding Akima. I'll pause as we wait for the singularity to occur after such an unlikely event.

Anyway, if you never intend to part with the property and lack relatives who live nearby, it's probably worth investing in. Probably even more worthwhile to get one if you own a property that's isolated from neighbors, like a ranch or forest cabin.
