Several Pages back someone posted SomethingAboutAirplanes, saying it was the only dcfc album anyone needed to know.
While it IS in fact an excellent album, It is not the only "need to know" album.
They have many great albums. Although I cannot feel their newest album, there are a few really good songs but that's all.
This is their third album.
This is a piece of a review by Pitchfork:
Ben Gibbard has attempted to capture in his lyrics the verbal equivalent of amateur photography.
That's not to say there's anything amateur about the poetry in his lyrics-- quite the contrary, in fact-- but he captures those same little secondary emotions of the moment that cameras capture so well. Add to this the fact that every song here contains at least one vividly rendered image in its lyrics, and The Photo Album, rotten pun aside, seems a fairly appropriate title.
I don't know, it's really good and is one of my favorite dcfc albums. If you don't like it, simply, someone else will.

No hot-linking images or albums. You can re-host images at http://imageshack.us.
Ensure your tags are correct and that you have specified both Artist/Album in your post.
Upload your files in either a .zip or a .rar archive to mediaf!re.com, in multiple parts if the album is over 100mbs. The reason for this is that we know mediaf!re is safe and efficient and allows multiple downloads. The ads on other sites, such as Sendspace, are known to contain viruses on the page. Get yourself checked out.
Post your link using code tags. It's the # icon above the policeman emoticon. This prevents the links from being traced back to the forums, lowering the chance that the wrong people notice the thread, potentially threatening Jeph with legal action.
Also, please do NOT request albums.
Repost the rules at the top of each new page.

Best comparisons are to Ahkmed, Colour Haze, Thumlock, SubArachnoid Space, and other bands that subscribe to that brand of epic journeying through soundscapes of soaring fuzzed-out majesty. Beautiful stuff. I put up their debut self-titled a while back, if anyone missed it and would like it just give a holler.
Link fixed!
