I now know what I'm (not) wearing to my 8 AM faculty meeting...

So, ye goot yer kilt then?

Skewbrow:
Hmm. Wonder how well Padma is performing at work today? She has access to an endless supply of coffee, but even so.

HiFranc:
I can't shake the feeling that this is just a dream that Marten is having.  I suspect that we'll also see Padma's dream this week.

TinPenguin:
See, I was right, they were at Marten's. And I am still curious why they didn't go to Padma's when they were right by the door.

--- Quote from: Akima on 13 Dec 2011, 01:48 ---Does it mean that I am a hopeless nerd if I point out that Charles Darwin's historic work was actually titled "On The Origin Of Species"?

--- End quote ---

(I'll see your nerdery and raise you.)

Actually, the title was On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life. As you can see in Wikipedia, the title page of the first edition set various parts of this in different sizes, with THE ORIGIN OF SPECIES getting by far the largest.
