Mad Cat:
My Holo-Pony, My Holo-Pony
Isn't space a lovely place
My Holo-Pony, My Holo-Pony
Everywhere you go, a holographic face

Black Sword:
Yes, I typo'd. Was in a bit of a rush at work and my fingers went on autopilot. However, my typo was immediately followed by a far more amusing one.

Whoever the actual owners of the station are, it's clear that the AIs respect Hannelore much more than the security detail. Is this from affection toward the "lady" of the house, or is this a result of the time she broke them down to their component code and reassembled them to be standards compliant? (joking, though I could see Hanners doing something like that)

RE: Verhoeven's film

I honest to God loved it for being a mindless action flick. It led me to Heinlen's far superior book, which tempered my enthusiasm. I cannot imagine the sort of spite it takes to go out of your way to license something specifically to give it a middle finger larger than Mount Everest.

Throg:
It's great when we get to see assertive, take-no-prisoners Hanners -- whipping both Faye and Marigold into shape at different times.

I'm gonna take a wild guess: either Marigold or Hanners will be staying on the station -- Marigold for the toys and holoponies, Hanners for her dad.  That's the part of the story arc that Jeph thinks we're all gonna hate.

Is it cold in here?:
It's possible that Hannelore doesn't have formal command authority over the station, but can simply embarrass it into doing things.

Hannelore's first take-charge moment had Marten as a target, along with Dora. Strip 981.

I could sort of see Marigold getting put on the bus as a gigantic act of risk taking/shaiking up the status quo given that she's very popular.  But Hannelore?  I think you'd have an all out revolt if she was to leave the series.  Unless of course the intent was to give her a spinoff or something, which given the workload QC already is I can't see happening.
