I watched The Hateful Eight and enjoyed it quite a bit - more than I expected.

I agree on Alice and Mars Attacks. Not so much on Sweeney Todd, which I thought was thoroughly entertaining. Don't know about the others mentioned, but I've been meaning to see Big Fish.

I remember appreciating the themes of The Full Monty when it came out. I'm pleased to hear that it stands up.

I did like "Big Fish".  And "Sweeny Todd" was fine, if one didn't take it at all seriously, and just as an over the top slash-fest.

I quite enjoy 'Corpse Bride', actually. I'm a sucker for stop-motion animation.

I really liked Corpse Bride, too. I don't think it's a great movie, but I found it to be a pretty good one.

EDIT: holy crap, it's my thousandth post. Where does the time go.
