@Welu:

--- Quote ---Vanellope: "Please! I just wanna race like you guys!"
Taffyta: "You will never be a racer, because you're a glitch - and that's all you'll ever be!" *Pushes*
--- End quote ---

--- Quote ---Ralph: "Look, kid.. I tried to warn ya. I can't make things, I just break--"
Vanellope: "I love it.."
Ralph: "..You do?"
Vanellope: "I love it.. I love it! I love it! I love it! Look, it's got a real engine! And look at these wheels! *Mwah* I love it! I finally have a real kart!"
--- End quote ---

--- Quote ---Ralph: "So let me get this straight. You don't know how to drive."
Vanellope: "Well, no, not technically. But, I just though that--"
Ralph: "What did ya think? 'Oh, I'll just- I'll just magically win the race, just cuz I really want to!'?"
Vanellope: "Look, wise guy, I know I'm a racer. I can feel it in my code."
--- End quote ---

--- Quote ---Vanellope: "I found that secret opening, and now I live here. See? Look, look, look. Welcome to my home! I sleep in these candy wrappers. I bundle myself up like a little homeless lady."
Ralph: "By yourself? With all this garbage around you..?"
Vanellope: "Well, yeah.. I mean, everyone here says I'm just a mistake and that I wasn't even supposed to exist. What do you expect?"
Ralph: "Listen, kid.. I know it's none of my business, but why do you even stick around this game?"
Vanellope: "You really don't know anything, do you? Glitches can't leave their games.. It's one of the joys of being me.."
--- End quote ---

I was more or less crying for a hundred minutes straight after the first bit. Let's say I found her more than a little bit relatable.

Welu:
Like I said, her characters became endearing because of reasons. Those reasons being what you listed.

LittleKing:
Marina Abramovic: The Artist is Present (trailer here)

This docu follows performance artist Marina Abramovic as she prepares a retrospective of her work and new performance at the MoMA in NYC. I was really curious to see this because not only do I find Marina and her work very intriguing, but I actually happened to be in NY when this was taking place and saw her and the retrospective live (although I wasn't able to actually sit with her). I really liked the documentary, it's a good insight into her life and work and there are some really touching moments in there, especially concerning her old lover and partner Ulay.

Bluesummers:
I watched The Dark Knight Rises...that movie is very good, assuming you've never seen or read anything about Batman that WASN'T starring Christian Bale. Because they took Batman Canon, kidnapped it, tied it up in a warehouse, beat it with a crowbar, then blew up the warehouse. Wow.

I also watched Fast 5. Excellent movie, marvelously performed. No qualms whatsoever.

Thrillho:
I haaaated Dark Knight Rises.

Why I hated it is (partly) incorporated into this article:
