There is someone hanging from one of the ducted-fan killbots in panel one, next to the girl in the orange sweater (the Velma impersonator?). Is this party hijinks or did the bot slap the claws/cuffs on him and is dragging him off to the brig, airlock, agony-booth etc.?

Aren't they the same drink, judging by the "all I'm getting"? The differing effects reflecting the drinker rather than the drink, presumably.

I presume the dangling is hijinks.
Are the group top left playing with a beach-ball?

Maybe the bot was going to drag him off, but settled for taking his pants instead. (Maybe Velma convinced the bot?) So those are his boxers we see in panel 3.
I also hypothesize that Dr. Case calling attention to Hanners' lipstick made her start to get weirded out by it, so she took it off. Kind of like how sometimes a cut doesn't hurt until you notice it.
