The very moment I see Dora getting theraphy I instantly start to wonder if she's going to get back with Marten in the long run.

That's the one question I don't think she ever really considered.
Because it leads to a follow-up question that I think her psych knows - but won't ask her.

I doubt very much that either of them want that, and at the very least, I doubt both of them would want that at the same time.

Yes thats what you are supposed to think (Does Dora sabotage her relationships to compete with sven in the failed relationship stakes)
of course this is a friday cliffhanger (lampshaded as such) so we really should not draw any conclusions about what will happen.
