After looking at the Wikipedia article for Sparkler to find out what metal they're made out of (i.e. if they're magnetic), I found out what Pintsize has planned for his sparklers:

How does he hold on to anything? Although it was established early on he can turn his extremities into suction cups, and, with the right software corruption, giant thumbs.
