But I think you're over-dramatizing. Maybe this whole thing was just Tai giving Dora an honest-to-goodness compliment in her own - definitely different - kind of way. Something Dora has NEVER before experienced since this webcomic started.
(Don't get me wrong, she has gotten many a compliment, but never one this sincere and ... serious.)

I don't think Tai meant to hijack Dora's progress, I agree that she was trying to give an honest compliment.

Of course, the effect may be that Dora stops going to therapy - and Dora *IS* messed up, and Tai doesn't know anywhere near the full extent of that - but I really don't think that was Tai's intent.

Wait... You mean you're supposed to tell people you're attracted to them because of their bad qualities?
