Mr. Doctor:

Man, that episode is definitely moving. I mean, I didn't have such problems at school but just the thought that you might have been responsible for fights when you were only a child is something that can haunt you for a while. :-\
Ending a series like Daria is a bit depressive to me. You just want it to continue forever... But once you finish it you understand that it's the kind of story that must end in order to really make a point.
Welu:
The moment that got me was, "I like to read." followed by, "She doesn't want to fit in." Also little Quinn in the back of the car bouncing talking about how she liked doing things Daria didn't was bitterly funny to me.
Mr. Doctor:
Oooh I forgot about Quinn. I like how she's quite an interesting character despite how "shallow" she appears at first. Sometimes she even feels miserable since she is smart enough to notice how her friends *are* shallow but she just want to fit in so badly she puts a mask every day, probably fearing a social state that could be similar to Daria's. This is shown specially in the episode where Jane & Daria want to make a movie about her.
I really enjoy how much she grows as a character in the first movie and also in the episode where Daria becomes a substitute teacher. Quite a moving moment when she calls Daria "my sister" for the first time in public.
Welu:
I especially liked Stacey and Tiffany's calm reaction of, "Yeah, we knew that. So what?" when Quinn said it in contrast to Sandy's mocking of her. Felt like a good showing up of her two-faced nature, which is very on the nose at times but you can still understand the pressure to be part of a group of people you don't necessarily like.
Mr. Doctor:
Her role in the second movie is also quite moving. I won't give you spoilers though in case you haven't seen it yet.
