Random Function?

Jeph's Twitter just announced a working Random button.

When I saw his tweet asking for PHP code for a random function, I was considering sending the code I use on my site, but the instant I found the PHP file, he announced that someone had already sent him code. Not fast enough, I guess. Plus, the code he was sent is probably better than mine, anyway.
