I take it you mean "holiday" in terms of what we Yanks call "vacation", so:

3. Hitting all four of the major sports Hall of Fames (Baseball, Basketball, Football, Hockey)
2. Trip to Europe - though I'd probably prefer roaming the UK and/or Ireland
1. Road trip on Route 66

Top 3 dream techno-gadgets (within or beyond your price range)

Redball:
3. New ham station, including tri-bander on 50-foot tower.

2. Computer-controlled router (the wood kind) and time to use it.

1. 3d printer, and time to use it.

Best meal; menu and location. I'm hungry.

BeoPuppy:
3. Sandwiches in Berlin. We fed an enormous troop of sparrows and were in love.
2. Hamburgers in Tivoli. It was a difficult system to obtain food but it was a wonderful summer evening. Afterwards there was music and tea on a sheepskin and we were in love.
1. Hielander. A choice menu, several courses, deer, salmon, choclate cakes, wonderful salad, brilliant soup. And every course came with a new Islay single malt. I exited the restaurant rather drunk, but you held me steady and straight and you didn't mind. We were in love.

Top three jazz albums, please.

Bluesummers:
3. Tommy & Coonie (Diligent Circle of Ekoda)

2. Rhapsody in Blue (the original concert performance by Paul Whiteman)

1. Gumbo Nouveau (Nicholas Payton)
