What does it mean that this doesn't look at all sketchy to me? Looks just like the lake I went to as a kid...

Two words, and they're in the poll: STEPHEN KING.
King lives in New England, and sets most of his horror stories IN New England.

Note for those outside of the US: "New England" is generally considered to be the section of the northeastern part of the country, generally made up of the states of Massachusetts (the setting of most of QC), New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. The term comes from the fact that the area was one of the first English colonies in the "New World" back in the 17th century.

I am confused. The default forum background color is about a 70% grey, and the normal text is almost white. How could you not see the yellow text?
Do you have some sort of alternate forum skin that only mods can use? :?

It's a part of the world that I haven't yet visited, but would very much like to.
--- Quote ---Don't worry, Faye's got her blade.

Is this telling us not to worry because Faye has her blade, or in spite of it?
Edit:
Forgot to mention: there is a New England in NSW, Australia as well. So not only is there a New England, there is more than one.

Now that I come to think of it, "New England, New South Wales" is kind of funny.
