I registered on these forums that I didn't actually know existed just to say your comics rock.

I've been reading since I stumbled upon one of the very early QCs, shortly when Hannelore first arrived. I'd never read a webcomic before that was a story rather than just entertaining snapshots, and it's been the best thing I read on the internet since then.

I don't know much about what's behind the current situation Jeph, but wanted to let you know that your comic rocks. So much. So much so that despite making a buck from online journalism, the first thing I look at in the morning is QC.

Just remmber that there's so many people out there like me who, up until this point, have just loved your work without feeling the need to provide feedback, because I love it. It's like a car journey on a busy road, you don't remember the thousands of people you pass by without event, but you remember the one bell-end who beeps at you or cuts you up changing lanes. Don't let the bastards get you down, remember they're a tiny percentage of the huge audience that loves what you do.

Maybe those of us who love your comic need to be more active in bringing the smackdown on those who don't.

Take your time. Something worth doing is worth doing well.

I actually found the comic through the news that the author of QC hurt himself, so I checked it out and.. well. I ended up reading every single comic strip during sunday and after work on monday to wednesday. I really enjoy it and like the character development. I hope things straighten out for you soon and that you recover quickly, Jeph.
