You, and just about everyone else on AO3. Sadly, everyone's calling them StormPilot instead of Puffin, but I guess you can't have everything.
But c'mon, they practically set it up at the end of TFA. (click to show/hide)The middle movie in the trilogy is the love story, of course, and despite Finn's initial interest in Rey (and that "boyfriend" line felt VERY out of place for a Star Wars movie), they seem to have hit it off quite well as just friends--and with Rey off on her own adventure in VIII, they won't get much (if any) screen time together. But Finn and Poe seemed to share some moments--and some Significant Looks--in the movie, so it would hardly be out of place if they spent more time together in the next one and had a bit of a romance. Poe helps nurse Finn back to health, Finn joins Poe on a secret mission against the First Order as his copilot/gunner, things develop from there. I'm sure Disney would be reluctant to let that happen, but c'mon, this is Star Wars, they're going to make another killing at the box office no matter what they do, and a significant number of people who would be mad about LGBT characters in Star Wars are already mad about TFA having a black protagonist, so hey, what do they have to lose? They gave young girls and people of color new heroes to look up to in this movie, why not give something to LGBT youth? It's not like anti-gay groups will have a lot of boycott power in 2017 anyway. "Gol' dangit, Ah don't want none a' dem queers in MY space fantasy! Jus' princesses an' wizard-knights as Gawd intended! This is an outrage!"
