Yet another amusing thought, and according to this could mean a few things:

That Henry married one or more women before he married Veronica,

AND/OR Henry married one or more women after the divorce/coming out,

OR he got married to other men before proposing to Maurice.

I think I prefer the first option, that he had a string of unsuccessful marriages with women who wanted kids, and maybe Steve and Marten are half-brothers but don't know it yet.  (click to show/hide)This is beginning to look a bit like Alias' storyline, especially with Steve's stint as a secret agent...
Very silly, but still, amusing.

EDIT - Or that 'blur' in Veronica's life is when she had Steve.
