Grand Theft Auto V
TheCollyWolly:
Where do Banshees spawn? I've been driving around for about three hours now and I haven't seen one.
Method of Madness:
Was at a Walmart yesterday and had to stop myself from dropping $270 on the PS3/GTA V combo. No, Eric, you have more important things to buy...like the PS4 in two months. Also food.
RedWolf4:
ugh, don't get me started. I've got a trip to the folks, the power bill, and keeping up a semblance of life to go with wanting to save for the ps4. And all that on unemployment.
Thomas Edison:
Queued for three hours to get it at a midnight launch, have had to work every day since release. Am 31% through, haven't murdered anyone in real life yet.
The driving took me a few hours to get used to, but now I am weaving in and out of traffic at top speed in a very satisfying manner. I am pretty terrible at shooting though, so I guess when Online launches I'll be taking the role of getaway driver in a gang.
Also if you're unarmed and hold down LB/L1 whilst driving you 'flip the bird' at drivers in the direction your camera is oriented. Can cause NPC's to try and kick the shit out of you.
Alllllso the characters are good fun and the switching mechanic adds to the longevity of playing sessions. In IV I would just turn the game off when I'd had my fill of playing as Niko, now when I get bored I'll switch character to see what the others are up to and usually get caught up in whatever madness they're in.
It's a good game, especially considering it's playing on a 360. I'm just hyped to see what it looks like on PC/next gen.
Method of Madness:
Next gen version not until 2014. God damn it :psyduck:
