Emily is actually Hannelore. They were switched at birth (nevermind the totally different appearances and all of that), and thus the "Hanners kills everyone at the end of QC" predictions can still be fulfilled.

Prediction: Hanners has everyone bound ready for extermination as they look on in horror. She raises the hatchet to take the first life but as it's in the air, Jeph runs a week long montage of how all of her friends changed her life so much and so positively. She realizes she can't kill them, releases the hatchet and it falls, blunt side first.
The punchline: the dull part of the falling hatchet hits Marten in the groin, he screams bloody murder
