I feel that the weirdness created by Pintsize has already been replaced by the weirdness created by Hannelore, Marigold, Emily, Clinton, and when she was around, Padma. Not to mention the weirdness which was essentially created by Hannerdad (sentient space stations, spaceships and all that).

Jeph mentioned that the real Smith doesn't allow trans women to be students, but I should point out that Claire is a grad student. Their graduate programs are co-ed, or so I've heard, which I guess makes it moot. Whether or not Smif's undergrad allows trans women is yet to be determined, hopefully Jeph makes it one of the ways the QC-verse is better than our own.

I wonder where he heard that. According to their nondiscrimination policy this is untrue.

Now I can't find that tweet but I could've sworn he said that. Anyway, I'm glad it's not so.
