I don't see that happening. I could see it between Marten and someone else, but not Dora. As Faye might so eloquently put it, 'That ship has sunk to the bottom of a trench.'
Is it cold in here?:
Marten has talked about lingering feelings for pre-Dora girlfriends. If he tells Claire about lingering feelings for Dora, they're never going to get things explained to Claire.

Marten will date something
Marigold and Hanners will go somewhere
There will be some new female characters
Someone's parents will appear
Somehow everyone will become vampires
