Regards to the dale Marigold thing, I've always thought of their relationship as more of a friendly rivalry. Frienimies if you will. It might not seem that way due to Marigold's natural shyness at times, but I think if it was ever really making her uncomfortable, she'd say so or show some sign. Dale seems like a chill guy, and everyone else at the coffee shop (he's a fav customer after all) seems to have no issues with him, so I doubt were meant to think anything he is doing is not above board.
In regards to Marigolds hostility to him...I know from experience, it can be oddly gratifying to just wallow in how you're supposed to despise the opposing faction in wow.
Also, Alliance are scum, this is known.

A friend tried to get me to play World of Warcraft once. I played it for about half an hour before getting bored. If I remember correctly, the point where I gave up was at a challenge where I was supposed to collect a certain number of pumpkins from a field.
