If there were dry heatwaves like this more often, I'd actually be motivated to do laundry more often. Wearing my wet laundry is refreshing. Doesn't matter whether it's t-shirts or bedsheets.
Temperatures are going to go up to 33 degrees C by Friday. Every patch of grass that's not permanently shaded is already dead. Less of this, please.

Heh. "Only" 33C.
Try 45. That's what we're slated to hit today in the Valley (113 F). Hell, yesterday my car's AATR (aka "the outside air thermometer" read 124 F - or a lovely 51 C.
And as I'm writing this, it's already 36C outside.

By Thursday here it'll be a high of 23C and a low of 13C. The local newspaper had a headline this morning complaining about the "Arctic" weather coming. :psyduck:
