I can sit on the sun-draped balcony of the next room, pull up a chair and read my fucking book! Shirtless! That is, after I've scared away all the pigeons.
The girl who's renting the room next to mine is never home, and her balcony is twice as big as mine, and has sun from 12 til 6, so that's gonna be my reading spot.

After a really rainy weekend it is now sunny and getting up to the upper 70s. At least for a few days until it rains for the weekend again.
