Ground floor, I take it (in the UK, "first floor" is one up from the ground).

I think on either side of the pond, I live in the basement :-P The snow reaches (and exceeds!) my window sills very easily!

The discussion where British people apparently don't count an entire floor of their homes? Could we stand to have that discussion again? Because that makes no sense at all.
