It's days like today I wish I was more poetic.
There' s a fine layer of frosting on everything. Deciduous trees look like spraypainted skeletons. Evergreens are picturesque with their contrast of deep green and brilliant white. Everything is white and pretty and bathed in sunlight. It's gorgeous out there today.

It seems that as with all severe winter weather, the UK is just woefully under prepared.
