Low 30s are hot? Around here low 30s is a mild summer day. Hot is 40+.

*does some math* 104F or more? Does "hot" mean "People getting heatstroke" at minimum?

It gets pretty hot in the summer in Oklahoma.  A couple summers ago we had a solid week of 115 F weather. (Cue someone from Arizona commenting that Oklahoma doesn't get very hot in the summer...)

Several years ago it reached 122 o F (50 o C in the Phoenix area.
