Update. My voice has returned. So has a mayor cough, headaches, shivers and fever-like symptoms. When I stand up, I feel nauseous.

I wanted to get up at 9am. I slept around 6 hours until then. I decided to sleep some more. I woke up again at 3 pm. I didn't leave bed until 6 pm. I still haven't really left my room. I need to go to bed again. I'm not yet tired.
