856 posts = 0.295 posts per day, but it looks like all the pre-CHATTER (Sandbox, etc.) posts have disappeared, so that's like 2 years' worth of inane prattling no longer available, thank god.

The sandbox went years ago. Ben and I each went through a period of purging old threads that were embarrassing rather than illuminating. Indeed, when Ben handed over to me, he suggested clearing out Chatter (or whatever it was called at that point) and starting afresh, which I thought was maybe a step too far! Band is the area that has kept its history most complete.
I could set a job to automatically remove topics older than a certain age (set per forum), but haven't felt that it was necessary.
