Have my first campaign game tomorrow.
The first four players to sign up are being pitted in a 4-player battle. And it's apparently my Sisters against Witch Hunters, Beastmen and Undead.
Should be fun...

not sure if this counts but I went down the children's aisle in Target to look at legos...kind of want a star wars one. :-P

Result of the game - complete and utter disaster.
I won't go into details, but suffice to say half my warband was either dead or so badly injured they wish they were dead. Can't replace the losses, so I'm going to have to retire the Sisters and start a new warband. Think I might go for Mercenaries this time.

Phew. Been a busy week on the painting front. I bought the chaos marines and cultists from the Dark Vengeance set second hand from another danish hobbyist. So far this week I have
Glued 15 cultists, 6 chosen, 1 lord, 3 terminators, 6 daemonettes, and one helbrute
Out of those I have so far painted 2 chosen, 1 terminator, 6 daemonettes. Additionally I painted some chaos marines that I had assembled earlier. I'm rapidly approaching being able to partake in small-point games.
I'll try to post some photos of my efforts so far tomorrow. I did a bit of painting when I was a young teenager, but that was so long ago that I consider myself entirely new to the hobby, so go easy on me :p
