I am always impressed with the level of detail Rabbitmonger brings to Kitchen Design. One would think he would make a template folder of sinks and cabinets, but he seriously brings the interior design. Also, cereal cat was amusing.

It's been forgotten in today's culture but there used to be such a thing as loving someone chastely. Hannelore could manage that if there's a boy somewhere who'd be OK with it.

It's not forgotten. It's just not on TV as much anymore.

Over the course of human history, I'd say actual chaste love would be only slightly less rare then the Dodo during the age of sail. Courtly love from Middle Ages Europe is the root of modern chaste love (imho) and the rules of the same saying that a kiss was scandalous, much less anything more then that didn't stop any body. (Your lady fair's husband's mace on the other hand...)
