IIRC, there was a list created after the first game that we've been following loosely - a bunch of people volunteered to GM future games, and when one ends (or is close to ending), someone steps up and says 'hey, I've got time and this cool idea!  If no one else wants to run the next one, I'll do it."  In short, it's a very polite and effective system that has worked really well so far :).

Also, where's my fucking hug?  (it's funny because I am an incorporeal ghost, so I can't be hugged!)

Oh god.  I can't be hugged.

Now I know why ghosts are always so grouchy.  They need hugs, but cannot receive them.
