Not EVERY single dice roll, you just mentioned my roll that failed ::) Also I honestly didn't realize until now that there were three factions or that killing all the Shapers wouldn't result in our victory...but wait, didn't all the Shapers die? Or was ChaoSera also a shaper?

So all the Shapers died and the rebels still won? Then again, I guess all the Trakovites were dead at that point.

Nope, they were rebels. That's not to say they didn't have unauthorized shaping powers.
