It on H street over where the verizon center/china town metro entrence is.  Its call Tony Cheng.  Its 2 blocks from my work.  The downstairs area is mngolian BBQ, upstairs is chinese food.  Its a bit pricey ($20 per person) for the Mongolian BBQ but it is awesome!
