Method of Madness:
I've never seen "French" used as a noun before.

Schmorgluck:
Really? I've seen it now and then on the Web. But I just looked it up and apparently it should only be properly used as a collective for all French people, with no singular, so, yeah, I should have said "as a Frenchman", I guess. Or "a Frenchperson" if I bothered to be gender-unspecific.

BrusselSprouts:
Over here we affectionately call any francophones "Frenchies". Nothing to do with the make out I promise

KOK:
I am originally from Hundested, currently living at Kongens Lyngby. Both are on the island Sjælland, as is every other place where I have lived.

And it's on the mainland. The mall has an astounding 10 shops, 3 of which are old rich ladies clothes.

I'll guess northern BC then.

I lived for 3 years when I was young in one of the most northerly towns in Ontario.  Probably only one city over 10,000 within 3 hours drive.  Of course, it was on the trans Canada, so it was still accessible.

I grew up, though, at the intersection of the two trans Canadas in Ontario. Well, one of the intersections.

I now live in one of Canada's 5 largest cities.
