Firstname Lastname
Streetname Housenumber
ZIPcode CityName
Sometimes D, A or CH goes in front of the ZIP, but I am not sure when it's required or if it's an old people thing.

That's more sensible than a UK address, though you still run into the issue of not knowing which city the street is in until you read the rest of the address.
