I'd be less worried about him putting Faye on a bus and more worried about him putting Claire on a hearse.

Funniest comic in a long time, but daaaayum.

So he puts Faye on a bus, which means Marten needs a new roommate. Claire, perhaps?

That would get the shippers going...

edit -- on second thought, both Marten and Marigold would need new roommates...

It could happen.  Truth be told, Faye has served her purpose in the comic and is no longer needed as a character.  Wanted, sure, we all love her dearly, but QC no longer needs her.  Leaving Northampton with Angus to pursue something she's mildly passionate about would tie up her only remaining loose end, her need to pursue something beyond working for Dora for the rest of her life.  It could seriously happen.

I can agree with this. I would be a nice close to the Faye part of the story. She came into Martin's life very damaged and unsure of herself. She compensated for this with the violence ans smarmy attitude but she had been able to grow and heal through her friendship with Martin and the friends they have made. She is now able to have a good relationship with others and a romantic one as well.
While I would be sad to see her go it would be a great and logical next step in the development of her character.

Boiled Dove:
And I have spent a good bit of time this morning cracking up at panel three.
