Wouldn't it be less likely that she was born on a particular day in a particular year as opposed to just a particular day?

Yes - but the amount less (which I set at 1/20th) depends on what your starting point is to decide what age she could possibly be. There's no definitive answer unless you define the parameters more fully.
Alternatively, you can say that once you know when she was born, the chance that she was born on that day is 1 - because she was!
