I would greatly appreciate anyone tossing in anything they find to be added to the list as well, especially on the documentary side of things. As I'm sure anyone who has ever tried to find good histories of modern body modification knows, it either focuses on it's origins in the underground gay and S&M culture, or it has an uncomfortably worship like attitude towards the Modern Primitive style movements. I'd like to see something that takes a proper look at it from the cultural appropriation angle seeing as how many rituals and spiritual symbols have been absorbed by it.

I'm sorry I have nothing big to contribute, Stephen. All I can suggest is the Onetribe store as well - onetribe.nu. I've gotten horn from them before and they're super awesome.

Also, I have some intense blowouts on both my lobes from about 8 years ago, when I was a youngin, stretching without a care in the world. It looks like I might just have to get them scalpelled off - they're apparently too old to massage away. Has anyone had something like that done before?
