Method of Madness:
So...my left ear hole seems to have reopened on its own after being mostly closed a few years. The right one is still closed. Kind of tempted to put something in there.

I think I'd find a nipple piercing intriguing, on a man or a woman, but be concerned about the potential for accidentally hurting them if I caught it or something. For myself it's not something I'd consider, partly because it just wouldn't suit the image I have, and partly for the same reason as littlecheese mentioned - the fear it would impede breastfeeding.

Method of Madness:
Why would it change your image? Almost nobody would see it.

It would change her image of herself, I am guessing, and also how lovers would see her.

Yup, that's basically what I meant. I don't mean "it doesn't project the image I want people to see" but "it doesn't suit who I see myself as".
