The Kat Von D stuff had really mixed reviews everywhere I found... They looked for Dermablend but couldn't find it locally so the props guy went and got $50 worth of Ben Nye stuff. The actor wasn't thrilled because it's a pretty small stage and he was worried about an obvious cover-up patch being noticeable at close range. Then one of the other actors expanded it with sharpie so it looks like a WWII Army tattoo instead of a quarter-sized blob. The director likes it so we're returning the makeup.

Side note, seen some photos circulating of people gauging the space below their lower lip... that seems like bullshit to me for some reason...

Like I'm cool with most piercings, even some of the wilder ones, and I have friends who really dig suspension, but... ick.
